Last nigth was a really rough night out at sea. The captain had warned we would be sailing through 3.5m waves. When we woke up we looked at getting ready for Mystery Island but when I looked outside the seas were very rough. 10 minutes later there was and announcement from the captain that we would be missing Mystery Island as it was not safe to put the tender boats in the water. It is a shame but in the end safety is number one priority and we came on this cruise to relax anyway. Faced with a day at sea we decided to go back to bed for a bit.
We made the most of a relaxing day at sea. We found a table and played one of the board games we bought with us. When we are at home there is so much to do we rarely have time to play games together or relax. Plus I am always up and going and always find something to do so taking time to myself was such a blessing. While playing the game we got to watch the shows going on in the 2 70 lounge too so that was great.

We spent some time watching TV in the room, eating and just enjoying our time in the ship. It wasn’t the most exciting day but man was it needed. We finished the day watching the sunset with drinks on our balcony.

We also found out the Anthem of the seas has a penny press which Anthony loves. The interesting part here is you actually have to get a real penny to press in the machine.
